The U.S. Embassy Kuala Lumpur, under the Department of State, is seeking a production partner for TV production services documenting the experiences of six Malaysian football students participating in a U.S. exchange program. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Embassy Kuala Lumpur, Department of State, General Services Office and Public Diplomacy Section - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to qualified TV production service providers - Products/Services Requested: - TV production services including: - Pre-production planning and coordination - Filming of six Malaysian football students during their U.S. exchange - Post-production editing - Broadcast coordination with a designated TV station - Final reporting and delivery of broadcast-ready content - All content must include U.S. Embassy branding - No specific part numbers or product quantities; this is a service contract - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Maximum total budget capped at MYR195,000 - Electronic submission of quotations required - SAM.gov registration mandatory for proposals exceeding $40,000 USD - Final content must be suitable for TV broadcast and meet Embassy branding standards - Place of Performance: - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with coordination at the U.S. Embassy Kuala Lumpur

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation  for the procurement of TV Production of Malaysian Football Students in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 

The Embassy intends to award a single purchase order / contract for the required  services.

  Kindly refer to the attached scope of work (SOW) for further details. Your  quotation must be submitted electronically to KualaLumpurDTO@state.gov marked “Quotation Enclosed – TV Production of Malaysian Football” to the Contracting Officer, General Services Office, Kuala Lumpur on or before 12:00  noon on May 20, 2026.

No quotations will be accepted after that time. For any quotations above $40,000  USD, the Contractor must have valid and active registration in SAM.gov at the  time of proposal submission.
