This procurement is Fixed-price with Economic Price Adjustment and was awarded sole source. This contract is sole source per 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements , as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
