N66001-26-Q-6127 - Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to ICE Enterprises, Inc.The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with ICE Enterprises. The requirement is for the purchase of the following:Item 0001:DSP PlatformManufacturer: ICE EnterprisesP/N: ICE-TRAY-SFF-M3107QTY: 1The above items include ICE?s commercially available DSP Platform. ICE is the only capable source who can provide the required products.A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 334111 and the business size standard is 1,250 employees.
