This opportunity seeks contractor support for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) to develop and sustain the Continuous Monitoring Analytical Tool Set (CMATS) portfolio. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) - Offices: CMATS Program Management Office; DITCO/IT Contracting Division - PS83 - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Products/Services Requested: - Development, sustainment, and modernization of the CMATS portfolio, including: - Software engineering and releases - Cybersecurity and risk management - Configuration management - Tier III and product SME support - Training and lab administration - Cloud migration (notably to Microsoft Azure) - Help desk and documentation support - CMATS portfolio tools include: CMRS, COAMS, EUM, IAVM, DATT, and CAMP - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Personnel must be U.S. citizens with Secret security clearance - Expertise required in cloud migration, cybersecurity, and software engineering - Support for legacy system modernization and integration into Azure cloud environment - Work to be performed at DISA Headquarters, Fort Meade, MD, with additional federal facilities and COOP locations as needed - Key deliverables include software releases, risk management, testing, and documentation - Period of Performance: - Base period of one year with four one-year option periods (total up to five years) - Place of Performance: - DISA Headquarters, Fort Meade, MD (primary) - Additional federal facilities at Fort Meade, COOP facilities, and locations in Montgomery, AL and Columbus, OH
