Description

The Government intends to issue a modification to extend GSA Contract GS-35F-023GA, Task Order (TO) # 75N95025F00079 for nine additional months, to prevent a lapse in mission critical services to the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) at the National Institutes of Health. The purpose of this modification is to issue an Extension to the current contract from March 31, 2026 to December 30, 2026, to ensure continuity of services to NCATS and to the National Clinical Cohort Collaborative (N3C) contributors. The objective is to integrate N3C and Data COUNTS, while transitioning N3C to a Dynamic Workspaces architecture, ensuring operational continuity, enhancing data utility for the research community, and achieving full compliance with all Controlled-Access Data Repositories (CADR) requirements.

This extension is to prevent a break of mission critical services while providing the Government adequate time to continue acquisition planning for the recompetition of these services on a competitive basis. This action is conducted under the authority of the GSA Multiple-Award Schedule (GSA MAS) program. Consideration of schedule contractors will be restricted in accordance with:

FAR 8.405-6(a)(i)(B) Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.
