Description

Pre-solicitation notice / synopsis to provide notification of a an upcoming solicitation to lease earthmoving equipment at Cristobal Colon, Panama for an expected period of 2 months to begin on / around 14 May 2026. Equipment to include water trucks, bulldozers, rollers, graders, loaders, excavators, dump trucks, backhoes, skid steers, and forklifts, along with associated fuel, transportation, refueling services, and non-potable water replenishment. The Government will operate the equipment, contractor operators only expected for water replenishment services. 

Solicitation is expected to be issued on / around 15 April 2026 through posting at www.sam.gov. Simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13 / RFO Part 12 are applicable. There will be no change to the acquisition strategy / no set-asides.
