Transportation Services for Dallas VA Medical Center.

The Dallas VA Medical Center currently has a requirement for non-emergency wheelchair transportation services.

BACKGROUND

The Dallas VA Medical Center main campus is located at 4500 S Lancaster Rd. Dallas, TX 75216, serving over 235,000 veterans across the North Texas and southern Oklahoma area and its Community-Based Outpatient Clinics. This requirement is for non-emergent wheelchair transportation services on an as-needed basis, IAW all federal, state, and local regulations, to transport patients to and from appointments.

SCOPE OF WORK

The contractor shall provide all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, equipment, and necessary reporting for non-emergent wheelchair transportation services. The contractor shall make these non-emergent wheelchair transportation services available to the VA as needed, 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7), including weekends and holidays.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

The period of performance will be 1 (one) 6-month and 4 (four) separately priced 1-year ordering periods, for a total 54-month ordering period.
