This opportunity seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive shop towel and protective overall leasing and laundering services for the District of Columbia Air National Guard at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, District of Columbia Air National Guard, 113th Wing, U.S. Air Force Contracting Office - Products & Services Requested: - Leasing and laundering of 12x12 cotton or cotton blend shop towels (2,000 per biweekly cycle; estimated 52,000 annually) - Leasing and laundering of 15–35 protective overalls (biweekly delivery; estimated 1,820 annually) - Provision and maintenance of NFPA30-compliant fireproof containers for clean and soiled rags (4 containers per cycle; 104 annually) - Biweekly pickup and delivery service across four buildings at JB Andrews - Monthly checkoff sheet submission and compliance with quality assurance standards - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All services must comply with OSHA, EPA, Air Force, and NFPA30 standards - Performance-based contract with quality assurance monitoring by a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) - Items must be clean, dry, lint-free, odor-free, wrinkle-free, and retain original shape - Security and safety requirements for on-base performance - Set aside for SBA participants; small business competition - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or part numbers are identified; open to qualified service providers - Place of Performance: - Joint Base Andrews, Maryland (multiple buildings) - Contracting offices at JB Andrews and the District of Columbia Air National Guard - Contract Structure: - Firm-fixed price contract with a 12-month base year, four 12-month option years, and a 6-month extension (up to 5.5 years total) - Estimated Quantities: - 2,000 shop towels and 15–35 overalls per biweekly cycle - 4 fireproof containers per cycle - 52,000 shop towels, 1,820 overalls, and 104 containers annually - Evaluation Criteria: - Price, technical capability, and past performance

Description

The contractor shall furnish all tools, labor, equipment, transportation, and parts necessary to provide rental pickup, cleaning, and bi-weekly delivery of 2,000 lint free shop towels and 15 to 25 protective overalls in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
