The U.S. Air Force is seeking small business contractors to replace and install a new audio music system at the Bowling Center (Building 908) on Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Force Sustainment Center, 78th Force Support Squadron (78 FSS/FSWB), Robins AFB Contracting Office - Project Scope: - Replace and install a complete audio music system at the Bowling Center - Includes all tools, materials, labor, and services - Demolition and removal of existing audio components - Products Requested: - 4 x 2400W power subwoofers - 4 x power speakers - 1 x 775-watt 2-channel power amplifier - 1 x 40-channel digital mixer (rack mount) with iPad controller and router - 1 x digital handheld microphone system - 1 x iPad tablet for system control - Services Requested: - Installation and mounting of all equipment - Training for Bowling Center staff on system operation and maintenance - Warranty for installed system - Contractor safety plan and accident/incident reporting (CDRLs) - Unique Requirements: - Compliance with NIST SP 800-171 cybersecurity standards - Demonstration of financial capability - Award contingent on funding availability - Total small business set-aside - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are mandated; vendors may propose suitable commercial solutions. - Place of Performance: - Bowling Center (Bldg. 908), Ninth Street, Robins Air Force Base, Warner Robins, GA 31098 - Period of Performance: - Completion required on or before August 31, 2026; standard work hours (0800-1700 hrs); 30-day advance notice before project start.

Description

The contractor shall provide tools, materials, personnel, labor, and services to replace and install a new Audio Music System at the Bowling Center (Bldg. 908), located at Ninth Street, Robins AFB, Georgia. The installation will require new audio speakers to be hung over the bowling lanes and a rack-mounted amplifier to be installed in the storage room adjacent to the front control desk. The system shall be controlled by an iPad tablet computer located at the front counter. The objective of this effort is to deliver a new audio system in support of the 78th Force Support Squadron (78 FSS/FSWB).

This will be a total small business set-aside. Only offers from small businesses will be considered.
