Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to procure Flowmeters with accessories on a sole source basis from Siemens. 

The proposed contract actions is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106 (b).
