Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA, intends to procure a brand name requirement for Getac laptops, model S510, in accordance with FAR 6.103-1(d), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements; Application for brand-name descriptions, to meet the Joint Mission Planning Software (JMPS) program. This requirement is for a brand name only and equals will not be accepted. The laptops shall be configured in accordance with the Statement of Work and all associated documents. The Government intends to award a Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (FFP-IDIQ) contract with a period of performance of two years. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 15 Contracting by Negotiation.

Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled Information. Access to CUI is limited, to a single point of contact (POC) per CAGE code, who is listed as the Data Custodian on the DD 2345 and approved by Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
