Description
The F-35 Joint Program Office intends to solicit and negotiate a contract to Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, Fort Worth, TX for Operational Data Integrated Network (ODIN) and Prognostics Health Management (PHM) activities and upgrade support for the F-35 Israel program.
The scope being procured under this contract will include on-site support for major ODIN software upgrades, integration testing, dedicated contractor personnel for ODIN/PHM activities, and maintenance for the Virtual Private ALIS Cloud (VPAC) server. The contract is anticipated to be awarded during the second quarter of fiscal year 2027 and supports the F-35 Joint Program Military Sales customer, Israel, for the ODIN system for Fiscal Year 2027 and beyond.
This notice of intent is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. The U.S. Government plans to seek approval for a sole source award pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source.” However, any vendor that believes it should be considered a responsible source may submit a capability statement. The U.S. Government will consider all such responses provided they are received within fifteen calendar days of this notice’s publication. The determination to compete or proceed with a sole source award remains solely within the discretion of the U.S. Government.
