The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division, under the U.S. Navy, is soliciting competitive quotes from small businesses for a turnkey Power Monitoring System project. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division (NSWC Crane) - Scope of Procurement: - Supply of new electrical metering equipment for three electrical rooms - Includes meters, wireless CT sensors, transmitters, bridges, coils, and all necessary hardware - Installation and system configuration services - Includes all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and incidental items - Covers mounting, integration with electrical panels/circuits, wireless communication setup, system testing, and verification - Technical Requirements: - System must be modular and use cellular data transmission - Must include software for data analytics and alerts - Equipment must be new and compliant with DFARS item identification and valuation - CMMC Level 1 certification required - Set Aside & Compliance: - 100% small business set aside (NAICS 423610) - Place of Performance: - NSWC Crane, 300 Highway 361, Crane, IN 47522-5001 - Delivery & Installation: - Required within 30 calendar days from award - No specific OEMs, part numbers, or brands are named; all technical details are in the attachments.

N00164-26-Q-0097 – COMPETITIVE – Power Supply – FSG 5975 - NAICS 423610 ISSUE DATE 09 APR 2026 – CLOSING DATE 27 APR 2026 – 12:00 PM Eastern Time

ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a competitive requirement for the procurement of Power Monitoring Equipment, installation, and system configuration in accordance with the Specifications.

This action is 100% set-aside for small business.

Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://sam.gov/.

 This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13.  Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-26-Q-0097 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. 

All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://sam.gov/.  It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor https://sam.gov/ for any amendments, which may be issued to this solicitation. 

For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
