US Forest Service is interested in pursuing a potential ESPC project on its Forest Products Laboratory campus at the following 4 locations: Main Building (building #1), Wood Fiber Products Lab (building #33), Wood Chemistry Lab (building #34), and Centennial Research Facility (building #50) at its 1 Gifford Pinchot Drive Madison, WI 53726 location.   

The attached notice of opportunity invites current holders of the Department of Energy’s (DOE’s) Fourth Generation ESPC indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to submit a written response (an expression of interest) to be considered for contractor selection for this potential task order award. This notice is limited to contract holders who are interested in being prime contractors on this project. Responses from vendors interested in being subcontractors will not be accepted.
