Georgia Correctional Industries (GCI) is seeking to establish an Open Agency Contract for Heavy Weight Elastic, specifically 28-gauge latex rubber with 39% latex and 61% polyester, 2 inches in width +/- with 50 yards per roll. The elastic must have a stretch of 130% +/- 10% and be pre-shrunk. The contract will supply the GCI Colony Farm Warehouse located at 136 State Farm Road, Milledgeville, GA 31061. The procurement event is a sealed RFx allowing only one bid per supplier, with responses due by April 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.
