Description

The United States Secret Service (USSS,) Office of Human Resources (HUM,) seeks to establish a contract to award varied recruiting, marketing, and advertising projects. HUM requires a full-service recruiting and advertising vendor capable of providing all necessary management, supervision, labor, material, and equipment to plan, design, produce, execute, evaluate, and measure the effectiveness of advertising in support of the U.S. Secret Service.
