The City of Grand Forks Engineering Department is soliciting bids for the construction of paving on 27th Ave N, between N Washington St and N 36th St. The project includes approximately 10,500 SY of doweled 10" pavement, 900 SY of reinforced doweled 10" pavement, 12,250 SF of 8" reinforced driveway, 15,000 CY of common excavation, 7,000 CY of granular base, 1,500 LF of 12-42 Class III RCP, 13,400 SY of seeding and hydromulch, and other miscellaneous work. Bids must be submitted electronically via QuestCDN by April 23, 2026, and the work is expected to be completed by September 19, 2026.
