Description
The Indiana Gaming Commission is seeking contractual services to provide medical screenings for new Gaming Agent applicants as part of the hiring process. The services include comprehensive pre-employment medical evaluations such as physical exams, medical history collection, urinalysis, TB testing, EKG, vision tests, drug screening, hepatitis screening and vaccination, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and workers compensation examinations. The vendor must be capable of conducting these services on an as-needed basis, potentially for up to thirty-five individuals within a short timeframe. Bidders must submit completed bid packages via email by May 22, 2026.
