Description

US Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Headquarters located at 9301 NW 33d Street, Doral Florida 33172 will be issuing an 8(a) set aside, firm fixed price contract for the purpose of supporting USSOUTHCOM J2.  The services required supports USSOUTHCOM’s collateral and SCI security programs, including but not limited to administrative, personnel, physical, information, and industrial security functions within the headquarters (HQ) and throughout USSOUTHCOM’s area of responsibility (AOR) which includes Central and South America, the Caribbean and the adjacent waters of the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans and the Gulf of Mexico. These programs are designed to protect the command’s people, information, property and operations from acts of espionage, sabotage, terrorism, workplace violence, and other criminal acts; as well as, acts of negligence affecting the command’s security posture.  The Period of Performance shall be a base period of 10 months and four (4), twelve (12) month Option Periods.  This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 13.105, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  The announcement constitutes the synopsis, and an additional written solicitation will be issued at or around April 23, 2026  The applicable NAICS code is 561210 Facilities Support Services.  Any interested party may inquire in writing via email to cristina.a.tellechea.civ@mail.mil, Contract Specialist.
