This is a pre-solicitation notice for planning purposes only. U.S. Embassy Algiers intends to solicit quotations for Swissport Freight Handling and Storage Services. This procurement is being conducted as a vendor name acquisition based on a signed Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC).
