Description

Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Milpower. Milpower will provide evaluation and repair services on Milpower proprietary power amplifiers in accordance with DMR specifications. This notice of intent to sole source is NOT a request for competitive quotes/proposals. The order will be awarded in accordance with FAR Overhaul Part 13, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Authority for other than full and open competition is in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2394(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
