Midland Independent School District (MISD) is soliciting proposals for the lease and full-service maintenance of new and existing multifunction copier/printer devices across its facilities. - Government Buyer: - Midland Independent School District (MISD) - OEMs and Vendors: - Konica Minolta (primary OEM for all new devices and maintenance) - Products/Services Requested: - Lease and installation of 42 new Konica Minolta multifunction copiers/printers: - 19 x Bizhub c301i - 17 x Bizhub c451i - 4 x Bizhub c551i - 1 x AccurioPress C7100 (print shop model) - 1 x Bizhub Pro 1100 (print shop model) - Full-service maintenance for 108 existing off-lease copiers: - 37 x Model 300i - 38 x Model 450i - 33 x Model 550i - Print management and device monitoring software - Delivery, installation, configuration, and training for all devices - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Only Konica Minolta devices or equivalents are acceptable - Service level agreements include: - Technician response within four business hours - On-site service within one business day - Repair resolution within 24 hours - Minimum 95% device uptime - Loaner devices if repairs exceed 24 hours - Maintenance includes all labor, parts, consumables (excluding paper), remote monitoring, and diagnostics - Technicians must be Konica Minolta certified and pass background checks - Pricing must include lease, cost per copy, maintenance, and all fees; price increases capped at 10% with notice - Place of Performance: - All MISD facilities, including schools and the district print shop, located throughout Midland, TX
