Description

The Iowa Department of Management – Division of Information Technology is seeking proposals to provide hardware, software, and services for a comprehensive, modernized mailroom solution for the Iowa Department of Revenue. The goal is to replace aging infrastructure and manual processes with an integrated, automated system that improves efficiency, accuracy, and security in handling incoming mail and processing documents. The contractor will deliver all necessary components, support full integration with existing systems, and provide ongoing maintenance, support, and training. An optional pre-proposal conference and facilities tour is scheduled for April 22, 2026.
