This opportunity involves annual calibration services for specialized Chant Engineering test equipment at the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC), AFSC/PZIM - OEMs and Vendors: - Chant Engineering Company (sole OEM and service provider) - Products/Services Requested: - Annual calibration of Chant 150K Horizontal Pull Test (OC10181) - Annual calibration of Chant 100K Multi-Point Load Test (OC25578) - Calibration and maintenance for Chant Model 8120150X60 horizontal straight-pull tester - Calibration and maintenance for Chant Model TS11639 multi-point load test cell - All labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, materials, parts, quality control, transportation, and inspection manuals required - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Only Chant Engineering Company, as the OEM, can provide the required services due to proprietary design, software, exclusive parts, and certified technicians - All services and parts must conform to OEM specifications and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) - Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is mandatory - Contract includes a base period with four option years - Services are critical for maintaining calibration compliance of these specific load testers

Description

** THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNTIL THE REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS POSTED AT A LATER DATE. **

The Air Force and 76 CMXG intend to solicit and issue a sole-source contract to Chant Engineering Company under the authority of FAR 6.103-1(b) and 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) for the following:

The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the Annual Calibration for the 150K Horizontal Pull Test, OC10181 and the 100K Multi-Point Load Test, OC25578 at the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC).

The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services, parts and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined herein, conform to the manufacturer’s equipment specifications and the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Firm-fixed price (FFP) Commercial, Sole-Source Acquisition FSC/PSC – J066 NAICS – 811310 Size Standard – $12.5M
