The U.S. Air Force is seeking qualified small business vendors to provide communications infrastructure support services under a three-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Hill Air Force Base, Little Mountain, and the Utah Test & Training Range (UTTR) in Utah. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Sustainment Center, 75th Air Base Wing Communications & Information Directorate (Hill AFB) - Scope of Services: - Communications infrastructure support, including: - Installation, upgrade, repair, and removal of network and fiber optic cabling systems - Support for network, camera, Wi-Fi equipment, fiber optic cabling, CAT 6 cabling, and related hardware - Provision of labor, materials, subject matter expertise, management, and transportation - Services performed on a call-by-call basis as required by the Performance Work Statement (PWS) - Key Requirements: - Personnel must be BICSI-certified - Vendors must be located within 30 miles of Hill AFB - Compliance with security, environmental, and federal/military standards - Warranty coverage for a minimum of one year post-acceptance - Adherence to the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) - Quality assurance and detailed invoicing/delivery requirements - Contract Structure: - Multiple award BPA (up to three vendors) - 100% small business set-aside - Total not-to-exceed value of $4.5 million over three years - Firm fixed pricing; call orders limited to the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) - Locations: - Hill Air Force Base, Little Mountain, and Utah Test & Training Range (UTTR), Utah - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are named in the solicitation - Unique Aspects: - 24/7 access may be required for service performance - Emphasis on rapid response: certification submissions within 10 days, bid proposals within 48 hours post site walk

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in accordance with RFO 12.201-1(e)(3) to up to 3 lowest priced technically acceptable vendors.

The government contemplates an acquisition for a three-year multiple award BPA for infrastructure support services to allow for the acquisition of services in support of 75 ABW/SC. The Contractor shall provide the customers at Hill AFB, Little Mountain, and Utah Test & Training Range (UTTR) with communications infrastructure support including, but not limited to, labor, material, subject matter expertise, management, and transportation as required to perform tasks in accordance with the PWS.
