Description
North Country Rural Development (NRDC) is soliciting proposals from qualified manufactured home retailers and site work contractors to replace a substandard manufactured home with a new ENERGY STAR® Certified manufactured home in Ticonderoga, NY. The project includes providing and installing a HUD- and ENERGY STAR-certified home, site work including foundation, utility connections, grading, and demolition. Contractors must comply with NYS HOME Program Manual, HUD, state, and local requirements, and proposals may be submitted separately by home retailers and site contractors or as a team.
