Prismatic Development Corporation, a general contractor based in Fairfield, NJ, is seeking qualified MWBE and SDVOB subcontractors and suppliers for the rehabilitation and electrical infrastructure upgrade of an existing precast concrete parking structure at the Department of Corrections campus in Valhalla, Westchester County, NY. The project includes structural concrete repairs, replacement of shear connectors, joint repairs, epoxy injections, membrane replacement, striping, drainage work, installation of a dry standpipe, duct bank installation, fencing replacement, electrical component upgrades, and support for new EV charging stations. The project is prevailing wage and subject to a project labor agreement (PLA). Bids are due by April 21, 2026.
