The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking proposals for Digicert PKI Subscription Maintenance and support services for its Division of Information Technology in Arlington, Virginia. - Government Buyer: - Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) - Division of Information Technology (DIT) - Office: DOA/ASB - Contracting managed from Arlington, VA - OEM Highlight: - Digicert is the sole Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specified for all requested products and services - Products and Quantities Requested: - Digicert Trust Lifecycle Manager Subscription (User Seats): - 8,000 user seats (1-year subscription) - Digicert Trust Lifecycle Manager Subscription (Server Seats): - 3,000 server seats (1-year subscription) - Digicert Trust Lifecycle Manager Subscription (Device Seats): - 15,000 device seats (1-year subscription) - Organizational Certificates: - 15 certificates - Digicert Premium Support (Seat-based): - 1 seat - Additional line items include CA private maintenance and recurring online seats - Notable Requirements: - Offerors must submit all relevant Terms and Conditions, End User License Agreements (EULAs), or Master Service Agreements (MSAs) for contract incorporation - Preference for government-approved terms - Compliance with FDIC security, privacy, and background investigation standards is required - Awardee must have an active SAM.gov registration prior to award - Place of Performance: - FDIC Division of Information Technology (DIT) Distribution Center, 3501 Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA 22226

Description

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) invites you to submit a quote in response to RFQ# CORHQ-26-Q-0128 for FDIC’s Digicert Subscription Maintenance. Please use the attached Price Schedule to provide pricing for all required line items and include your most favorable discount to the Government. Any Terms and Conditions, EULAs, or MSAs must be submitted with your quote for incorporation into the resulting contract. The FDIC prefers Government-approved terms.

Each offer shall be divided into three (3) separate parts:

Volume I – Pricing Volume II – Additional Information Volume III – SCRM Information

Please note a submission without the components listed in Provision 7.3.2-09 – General Proposal Instructions will be omitted from consideration of award.  The awardee must have an active SAM.gov registration prior to award.

Questions regarding this RFQ are due no later than 12:00 PM EST on April 16, 2026. All quotes must be submitted by 12:00 PM EST on April 23, 2026.
