West: Florida Turnpike

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 125,000

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 130,000

Space Type:

100,000 SF of Warehouse Space + 25,000 SF of finished office space

Parking Spaces (Total): 240

Parking Spaces (Surface): 100

Parking Spaces (Structured): 140 (in warehouse)

Full Term: 6 months

Firm Term: 6 months

Option Term: N/A

Additional Requirements:

Approximately 25,000 ABOA SF of office space and 100,000 ABOA SF of warehouse space that allows for the storage and maneuvering of vehicles

Space should be available in existing, finished condition for immediate occupancy.

If immediate occupancy is not possible, proposals must clearly identify lead times for delivering finished space.

The Government does not anticipate using Tenant Improvements (TI) or Building Specific Amortized Capital (BSAC) for this procurement. The ability to meet all requirements listed in this advertisement and the RLP must therefore be priced into the shell and operating costs.

If the market cannot deliver space that fully meets these requirements, the Government reserves the right to identify and consider the closest acceptable alternative.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.
