The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a medical building under a lease in Ronceverte, West Virginia for 5,000 rentable square feet (RSF) expiring May 2nd, 2027. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
Space must be handicapped accessible, (ADA compliant), with 40 on-site parking spaces. The preferred space will be first floor contiguous but will be considered non-contiguous and/or other floor levels with working elevators if ADA compliant.
