This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.2. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 333120, Construction Machinery Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is 1,250 employees.

The 91st Missile Wing (91 MW) has a requirement for a Bobcat UW56 Toolcat Utility Work Machine and attachments. See attached Brand Name Justification.
