The U.S. Air Force 81st Contracting Squadron at Keesler Air Force Base is seeking vendors for the disassembly, relocation, and reassembly of a wide range of office furniture and equipment between two federal buildings on base. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 81st Contracting Squadron (81 CONS), Air Education and Training Command - Contracting office: FA3010 81 CONS CC, Keesler Air Force Base, Biloxi, MS - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Products/Services Requested: - Disassembly, relocation, and reassembly of office furniture and equipment, including: - 7 U-shaped desks with hutch and file drawers - 7 bookcases - 38 file drawers and cabinets (various types) - 3 round tables with 4 chairs each - 4 sofas - 22 guest chairs - 7 wardrobes - 6 conference tables with foldable legs, 2 with removable legs, 1 half-moon table, approx. 60 conference room chairs - 3 Smartboards with stands (85") - 2 podiums - 2 computer tables - 4 side tables - 2 visitor chairs - 1 trophy case - 2 refrigerators - 1 coffee table - 1 TV stand and 55" TV - 1 dining table - 3 desks with hutch - 1 storage cabinet - Services include post-move cleanup, debris disposal at the Keesler Recycling Center, and liability for any damage - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All work must comply with the Statement of Work (SOW) - Contractor is responsible for protecting furniture and building materials during the move - Debris must be disposed of at the Keesler Recycling Center - Contractors must access the base via the Commercial Vehicle Inspection Area (Division Street Gate) - Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm, excluding federal holidays - No funds are currently available; no award will be made until funds are secured

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

The 81st CONS is performing market research for the disassembly/reassembly and relocation of office furniture IAW the SOW. Please see the attached Sources Sought Synopsis and SOW.
