This opportunity supports the U.S. Navy's Littoral Combat Ship Squadron One at Naval Base San Diego with Security Management Program Mission and Readiness Support Services. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) Contracts Department - Commander, Littoral Combat Ship Squadron One (COMLCSRON ONE) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Products/Services Requested: - Security Management Program Mission Readiness Support Services - Security management, training, compliance, and administrative support for afloat and ashore assets - Personnel investigation support, including processing up to 5 security investigation packages daily and fingerprinting up to 20 personnel weekly - Security file management, education, and training (1-3 briefings monthly) - Meeting support (up to 10 meetings per year) - Building access badge creation (3-5 badges weekly) - Mail preparation and delivery, supply requisition processing, visitor log management, and courier card processing - Support for subordinate command security assistant requests (approx. 3 per month) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor personnel must be able to obtain and maintain security clearances up to SECRET - Support covers both afloat (shipboard) and ashore (shore-based) Navy assets - Includes transition-in (30 days) and transition-out (30 days) periods - Focus on enhancing warfighting readiness and security proficiency - Period of Performance: - Base year plus one option year (each 12 months) - Place of Performance: - Commander, Littoral Combat Ship Squadron One, 2680 Woden St., Bldg. 3304B, Suite 2, San Diego, CA 92136 - Naval Base San Diego, including various afloat platforms
