The U.S. Air Force, through the Air Education and Training Command and 14 CES CEH at Columbus Air Force Base (AFB), Mississippi, is seeking a contractor to provide Furnishings Management and Movement Services under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Education and Training Command (AETC), 14 CES CEH, Columbus Air Force Base - Contracting office: FA3022 14 CONS LGCA - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Furnishings Management Services (FMS) for government-owned furnishings in unaccompanied personnel dormitories and storage facilities - Includes delivery, storage, inventory management, damage reporting, and mass moves - Services include connecting/disconnecting furnishings and appliances, furniture disassembly/reassembly - Mass moves: 15-30 rooms within 5 working days, 31-76 rooms within 14 working days - Routine service: one day bi-weekly, usually on Tuesday - Estimated 30 service events per year, with four one-year option periods (up to five years total) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision (except government-furnished property/services) - Compliance with safety, environmental, and security regulations is mandatory - Base access requires valid identification and vehicle documentation - Services are performed as needed, with advance coordination for mass moves - No specific products, part numbers, or OEMs are listed - Estimated contract ceiling is $50,000 over the BPA's life, with no guaranteed minimum quantity of services

Description

Columbus AFB is in need of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to be fulfilled as needed, usually one day (preferably Tuesday), bi-weekly (not to include Mass Move situations). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary, except for those items specified as governmentfurnished property and services, to perform Furnishings Management Services (FMS) at Columbus Air Force Base (AFB), Mississippi.

Site Visit, RSVP, and Base Entry: The Government invites you to a site visit on, 23 April 2026 at 9:00 AM CST. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Please note that registration is required by 12:00 PM CST on 16 April 2026. To register, please email the POC requesting a DoD Safe drop-off link to securely upload your completed Entry Authorization Listing (EAL) document (found in the list of SAM.gov attachments). If you do not contact the POC by 12:00 PM CST on 16 April 2026, you will not be able to attend the site visit. Identification: All attendees must bring a valid photo ID. Vehicle Requirements: If driving on base, please ensure the driver has driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. IMPORTANT: All contractors should arrive at Columbus AFB’s Visitors Center early and wait for a 14th Contracting Squadron representative to arrive and lead them to the site visit location. The representative will leave the visitors center at 0850.
