The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking contractors to provide comprehensive hotel lodging services for transplant patients, caregivers, and donors near the VA Puget Sound Healthcare System in Seattle, WA. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs - VA Puget Sound Healthcare System - 260-Network Contract Office 20 - Products/Services Requested: - Temporary overnight lodging in ADA-compliant, non-smoking hotel/motel rooms with kitchens (sink, microwave, refrigerator, stove cook top) - Weekly cleaning service - Pet-friendly accommodations - Elevator access for multi-level facilities - Shuttle service to/from the hospital and local shopping (at least four times daily, seven days a week) - Weekly electronic lodging lists for verification - Monthly electronic billing invoices for payment processing - Quantities & Scope: - Approximately 11,000 lodging nights per month - Flexible number of rooms as needed - Backup accommodations required for redundancy - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Hotels/motels must be within a 12-mile radius of the VA Puget Sound hospital - Shuttle service is mandatory - Rooms must be ADA-compliant, non-smoking, and include kitchen facilities - Weekly and monthly reporting for verification and billing - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation. - The government anticipates awarding two Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts, each with a five-year period of performance.

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) SOURCES SOUGHT

1. Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing. The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is for market research purposes only, to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of businesses interested and capable of providing the following services: The Department of Veterans Affairs located in Seattle Washington is seeking contractors to provide Lodging for Eligible Beneficiaries at the Puget Sound VA Medical Center.

2. The NAICS for this requirement is 561599 and the small business size standard is 32.5 million.

3. Interested and capable Contractors should respond to this notice by April 23rd, 2026 by providing the following via email only to james.harris13@va.gov. (a) company name (b) address (c) business size (e.g. large, small, other than small, Veteran Owned, SDVOSB) (d) phone and email of primary point of contact (e) SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number (f) A capability statement that addresses the organization s qualifications and ability to perform as a contractor specifically for the work described in the attached DRAFT statements of work attached below. Respondents are also encouraged to provide specific examples (e.g. contract number, point of contact information) of the Contractor s experience providing the same or similar services described in paragraph 4 below. (g) The capability statement shall address where the interested respondent(s) have provided these services in the vicinity of the VA Facility as required per the Statement of Work (see attached)

4. Required Services: The Contractor shall provide Hotel Reservation Services for Patient Lodging for preapproved patients for the Puget ound VA Medical Ccenter. The rooms shall be fully furnished. If additional rooms are required and available, they shall be provided at the same rate. The number of rooms required during the contract period maybe subject to increase and/or decrease, as the need arises. Veterans, as well as significant others shall be referred to the Contractor's facility for lodging. Contractor shall be obligated to hold the rooms for patients until approximately 5:00PM every evening, Sunday through Saturday.

5. The Government is looking to Solicit and potentially award two Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts each with a five-year period of performance.
