USSF RFI for Unified HRIT Guardian Automation Layer (GAL) Software Solution

The United States Space Force (USSF) is seeking industry input on commercial software solutions for a unified Human Resources Information Technology (HRIT) system, known as the Guardian Automation Layer (GAL), to manage personnel and talent for both full-time and part-time Guardians. - The system should provide a user-friendly interface for Guardians and HR practitioners - Must support phased, incremental delivery of HR and Talent Management capabilities - Key requirements include: - Integration with existing Air Force and DoD HR systems - Compliance with federal cybersecurity and privacy laws - Automation and AI-enabled analytics to reduce administrative burden - Role-based access control and data transparency - Support for the full personnel lifecycle (assignments, promotions, training, separations) - The USSF is interested in modern, secure, configurable COTS/SaaS solutions - No specific OEMs, products, or part numbers are named; the RFI is open to all qualified vendors - Respondents must submit a completed spreadsheet and an unclassified white paper as described in the attachments - Place of performance includes Los Angeles Air Force Base, CA, and Peterson SFB, CO - The buyer is the USSF under the Department of the Air Force

Description

The United States Space Force (USSF) is seeking information on how an interested contractor could provide the user interface and automation layer of a military Human Resources Information Technology (HRIT) system that is easy to use for both Guardians and Human Resource (HR) Practitioners. In support of this effort, USSF is interested in gathering industry feedback on a phased approach to incrementally deliver military HR and Talent Management capabilities in accordance with the Personnel Management Act.

Interested parties are invited to respond to this request for information (RFI) by completing the accompanying “SRD_Response_Spreadsheet.xlsx” and an unclassified white paper as outlined in the attached HRIT GAL RFI document.
