The Tanana Valley State Forest Citizens’ Advisory Committee will hold a meeting on April 9th, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm in Fairbanks, Alaska, with teleconference options via Microsoft Teams. The committee advises the Division of Forestry & Fire Protection on management plans for the 1.8-million-acre Tanana Valley State Forest and other state-owned forest lands in the area. Public comments will be accepted during the meeting, limited to 4 minutes each. Accommodations for audio or visual impairments are available upon request before April 1st.
