The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking sealed Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional firms or teams to provide consultant services for a Federal Contract Tower Planning Study at Reno-Stead Airport. The study includes a siting analysis, conceptual design for the preferred site, and an environmental review in accordance with NEPA, with potential transition to schematic design pending funding.
