Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking professional services for existing building commissioning (EBCx) of federal facilities to support the Greening Government Strategy and the Federal Sustainable Development Strategy. The solicitation allows bidders to demonstrate preference for one to six regions and includes activities such as initial EBCx pre-screening, recommissioning mandates, and ongoing commissioning services to optimize and maintain building performance.
