Description
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) intends to request Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval to reinstate with modification an information collection related to labeling requirements on nine Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS). These labeling requirements cover brake fluid warnings, glazing labeling, air bag warnings, seat belt labeling, and fuel container labels for compressed natural gas and hydrogen vehicles. The collection will be modified to include three existing label requirements not previously included and two recently established labeling requirements under 49 CFR parts 571.208, 303, 304, 307, and 308. Public comments are invited on this proposal.
