Description
Lee County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a Project Development and Environmental (PD&E) study, prepare a Design-Build Criteria Package, and provide Owner's Representation services for replacing the functionally obsolete New Pass Bridge, Big Hickory Pass Bridge, and Little Carlos Pass Bridge. The new bridges will support two lanes of traffic along with bike and pedestrian facilities. This project is funded in part or in whole by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) as a Local Agency Program (LAP) project, and firms must comply with federal grant requirements.
