The Air Force Medical Command is seeking a contractor to deliver National Registry Paramedic (NRP) Certification Training for up to 125 Air Force Medical Service Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) annually. - Government Buyer: - Air Force Medical Command (AFMEDCOM), Air Force Medical Service - FA8003 771 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, Air Force Materiel Command - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; training providers must be accredited by CoAEMSP and meet NREMT standards - Products/Services Requested: - National Registry Paramedic (NRP) Initial Certification Course for 125 EMTs annually - Includes Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications - Course duration per student not to exceed 139 calendar days; maximum 148 days including remediation and re-testing - All course materials, uniforms (2 polo shirts, 2 cargo pants per student), personal protective equipment, and textbooks provided - One attempt at NRP psychomotor and cognitive exams per student, with remedial training and one re-test opportunity - Contractor must maintain a minimum 90% first-time pass rate on NREMT exams - Monthly progress, status, and management reports required - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Training must be conducted at contractor facilities within 50 miles of a Level 1 Trauma Center - Contractor must have EMS affiliations and be accredited by CoAEMSP - Adherence to National EMS Education Standards and Paramedic Instructional Guidelines - End-of-contract data transfer within 30 days after completion - Place of Performance: - Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio - Contractor facilities within 50 miles of a Level 1 Trauma Center

Description

This is a non-personal services contract to provide National Registry Paramedic (NRP) Certification courses. EMT Paramedic Certification course shall certify up to one hundred and twenty-five (125) AFMS Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) annually to the NRP level in accordance with (IAW) the established standards set by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) Paramedic certification guidelines and the National EMS Education Standards and Paramedic Instructional Guidelines. Course length for each student shall not exceed 139 calendar days.
