Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition (FA) intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to Rescue One Training for Life, Inc., Address: 7621 Rickenbacker Drive, Suite 700, Gaithersburg, MD 20879-4788, UEI: JWRKJ1SX6SK3, with the Period of Performance of: April 8, 2026, to December 31, 2026. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, the Limited Source Documentation is attached with this notice. As this is not a request for competitive quotes, the government encourages all interested parties who believe they can provide the service to contact Ana Villanueva via email at Ana.M.Villanueva@dea.gov by Friday, April 10, 2025 by 10:00AM, EST and reference number D-26-HRF-0005 and submit a written response describing their ability to provide the services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
