Description
The Village of Bal Harbour, on behalf of the BHCA, is seeking proposals from qualified general contracting firms to provide general construction, maintenance, repair, and capital improvement services for the gated residential community's common areas. The contract will cover a broad range of services including concrete repair, guardhouse renovations, painting, electrical and plumbing work, landscaping, and storm preparedness. The contract is on an as-needed basis, allowing the BHCA to issue individual work authorizations without separate solicitations. Proposals must be submitted by May 22, 2026.
