The Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District (HEB ISD) is soliciting Qualification Statements for a Facility Condition Assessment. This assessment will serve as the foundation to identify needed maintenance and capital projects for existing facilities and inform the next Bond Program. The procurement is a two-step selection process, with pricing required from firms advancing to the second step. A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for March 24, 2026, and qualification statements are due electronically by April 10, 2026, with the solicitation extended to April 17, 2026. The contract term is anticipated to start June 23, 2026, for one year with an option to extend.
