Description

The City of Moose Jaw, in collaboration with the Cities of Warman, Humboldt, and Yorkton, is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified consulting firms with expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and municipal digital transformation. The consulting services will include technical requirements gathering, business process analysis, and support for evaluating and selecting ERP software development and implementation firms. The goal is to support pre-procurement planning, ERP readiness activities, and to inform budgeting for a future formal RFP process. Consultants are required to submit their EOI by April 21, 2026.
