  • Facilities operations, property management, and audit readiness
  • Procurement support, including market research and acquisition database maintenance
  • Electronics technician support for laboratory and field operations
  • Test support, including procedure development, test event observation, and reporting
  • Program analysis and project management support

• Personnel Requirements:

  • Key and non-key personnel across labor categories such as Program Managers, Financial Analysts, Systems Administrators, Technical Writers, Electronics Technicians, and more
  • Total estimated annual labor hours: 643,968 (including a 20% surge option)
  • Specific experience and education requirements for each labor category
  • Security clearances up to SECRET required

• Period of Performance:

  • 12-month base period plus four 12-month option years (total of 60 months)
  • Annual labor hours and surge options specified

• Locations:

  • Primary: NSWCDD, Dahlgren, VA
  • Additional: Wallops Flight Facility (VA), Dam Neck Naval Base (VA), Mayport Naval Base (FL), Port Hueneme Naval Base (CA), Pearl Harbor Naval Base (HI), and other travel locations (e.g., Washington, DC; Moorestown, NJ; San Diego, CA; Corona, CA; Everett, WA; Fredericksburg, VA)

• Unique/Notable Requirements:

  • Compliance with DoD and Navy standards
  • Support for shipboard installations and test events
  • Industry Day scheduled at University of Mary Washington Dahlgren Campus
  • Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee task order structure
  • Only SeaPort-NxG MAC holders are eligible to compete

B Department Operations Support. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE SOLICITED AMONGST SEAPORT-NxG MAC HOLDERS ONLY B Department has a requirement for technical and support services in the general Work Areas of: Information Technology, Program Financial Management, Technical Writing/Editing, Operations Support, Configuration Management, Program Analysis, Facilities Operations, Property Management, Procurement Support and Electronics Technician. These services shall be provided in support of existing, near-term, and out-year projects, programs, technology developments, technology insertions, prototyping and technology demonstrations, fielding and sustainment, and related acquisition efforts. The Contractor shall provide technical support services at NSWCDD, test facilities, Contractor facilities, and in the field.
