The U.S. Army Rock Island Arsenal is seeking a turnkey 3-tank Ultrasonic Cleaning System, including installation, documentation, and support services, for use at its Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army, Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) - Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC) - OEMs and Vendors: - DRS (referenced as the model for the ultrasonic cleaner) - No other specific OEMs or vendors are named; procurement is open to qualified suppliers - Products/Services Requested: - 3-tank Ultrasonic Cleaning System (1 unit) - Includes detergent ultrasonic clean tank, rinse tank, final rinse tank, oil skimmers, overflow tanks, filtration, natural gas heating, electrical control cabinet with HMI, tank lids, and auxiliary equipment - Must comply with federal standards (OSHA, ASTM, ASME, NFPA, ISO, etc.) - Requires IUID registration - Installation and setup services (1 lot) - Complete installation, start-up, off-loading, placement, and connection - Training services - Operator training (5 personnel), maintenance training (2 personnel), methods training (4 personnel) - Service and support - On-site response within 48 hours, telephone support, and stocked maintenance parts - Documentation deliverables - Installation drawings, schematics, manuals, MSDS, pre-shipment testing reports (multiple copies, paper and electronic) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Turnkey solution with all auxiliary equipment and compliance with a wide range of safety and technical standards - Service support must include rapid on-site response and readily available maintenance parts - Extensive documentation required for installation, operation, maintenance, and environmental compliance - Training for operators and maintenance personnel is mandatory - Certificate of Conformance required - Firm fixed price award to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible vendor - Delivery/Performance Location: - Rock Island Arsenal, Building 208 basement, and other specified buildings in Rock Island, IL 61299 - All deliverables and services to be performed at or delivered to Rock Island Arsenal facilities

The Rock Island Arsenal has a requirement for the following item.

The Government intends to make a firm fixed price (FFP) award to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible vendor whose quote, conforms to the RFQ requirements and represents the lowest total evaluated price. Discussions are not anticipated.

Payment will be completed via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF)
