The U.S. Department of State, through the American Embassy Libreville, is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services for its wastewater collection and treatment systems in Libreville, Gabon. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, American Embassy Libreville, Contracting and Acquisitions Office - OEMs and Vendors: - JET Inc. (manufacturer of the Series 3000 Extended Aeration package plant) - Products/Services Requested: - Preventive maintenance for a JET Inc. Description

The Embassy of the United States in Gabon is hereby launching the solicitation on the SAM.gov website. 

The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain Preventive maintenance of Wastewater Collection and Treatment System services for the U.S. Government at Libreville.  

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.  It also includes an option to extend for an additional six months, per FAR 52.217-8. 

All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.  

If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in the enclosed Request for Quotations (RFQ) Number 19GB5026Q0009.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract with economic price adjustment.  

Advance payments are not authorized. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database

This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)
