The Coconino County Flood Control District is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for on-call engineering services to support a wide range of flood mitigation projects within Coconino County. The scope includes hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, engineering design for flood control measures, and post-wildfire flood mitigation efforts across FEMA Special Flood Hazard Areas and other locations. The contract term is five years with multiple awards expected, and selection is based on demonstrated competence and qualifications only.
